Birthday Mods!

Well, long time no posting!
I have been one busy busy bee as of recent and as this is my mod blog, lets post some mods :D


So,
It was my birthday last monday (27th June) and for my birthday present from Josh and my Muma, I decided to finally get my feet tattooed!

Painwise, I'd give it a 8/10. Feets are quite painful m'dears! It took just under 3 hours and cost £180 squiddles. Swelling was quite painful and I was wearing flippyflops as much as possible! But eeee I loves them a lot <3

Then, I decided it'd be quite a while since I'd last gotten a piercing so I decided to treat myself a few hours before my tattoo to something new :3

Painwise I'd give it 6/10 as it did nip quite a bit on the old paw! Healing wise not too bad and its still a bit tender but I love it <3


So yeah, thats my update for the meantime ^___^

Just for Fun

A while ago I wondered what I would come up with, if I animate a scene featuring a cow and a pig sitting at a bar, drinking Martinis and talking about.....things.

I got as far as this pose test, designs were somewhat inspired by TS Sullivant.

The dialogue is borrowed from the movie "Sordid Lives" from 2000.

With apologies to Mr Sullivant.....and some of you!

Do you think I should finish the scene, maybe add a little watercolor effect ?

From the pool side

This is the last I will see of this pool, right now I am catching the last rays before I fly back home! I have had a lovely time here in Egypt and have some lovely photo's to share with you if you want to see them?

I have so much to do when I get home, including house hunting, internships, and falling more in love and having fun with my new puppy Rodney! I only got to meet him one day before I left for Egypt as my family are at home, he is so cute, I promise to share him with you soon!

Sorry for my lack of updates, but it has only been a week, the internet out here is not so great! Once I am back though expect lots of surprises and changes! I have lots in store for my lovely followers!!

YOUR SAFETY IS OUR MOST IMPORTANT CONCERN

Here are safety rules to remember before you shoot fireworks.With the advent of the mortar kits in the past few years and the wide acceptance by the public, its paramount that the following be a part of your show preparations:First block the tube with a concrete block or rock so that it cannot tip over during firing. Next unwind the fuse on the shell, place it in the tube with the top part up where the fuse attaches bringing the fuse out to the top of the tube. Then slightly pull the fuse to be sure that the shell is able to move. Then light and get back. Shelton's offers more than 80 kinds of mortar kits.

On the aerial tubes be absolutely sure that they are blocked with a concrete block or rock so that there is no way that they can tip over during firing. Shelton offers more than 100 kinds of aerial tubes.


On aerial rockets, the use of PVC pipe can serve as a launch device and has to be anchored so that it cannot tip over during the firing. This can be done by placing it in heavy sand, or a bucket of sand with its launch heading just the direction that you desire. Shelton's offers more than 70 kinds of rockets.


On aerial multi-firers, using a concrete block would prevent them from accidentally turning over and shooting at your crowd.  Prior to dark on your shooting date, look at each item you are going to be using in your show and be sure where the fuse is located so you don't have to fumble around in the dark trying to find it. We recommend having the fuses all turned in the same direction.


1. Always read and follow label directions.
2. Have an adult present.
3. Buy from reliable sellers.
4. Use outdoors only.
5. Always have water handy (a garden hose and a bucket).
6. Never experiment or make your own fireworks.
7. Light only one firework at a time.
8. Never re-light a "dud" firework (wait 15 to 20 minutes and then soak it in a bucket of water).
9. Never give fireworks to small children.
10. If necessary, store fireworks in a cool, dry place.
11. Dispose of fireworks properly by soaking them in water and then disposing of them in your trash can.
12. Never throw or point fireworks at other people.
13. Never carry fireworks in your pocket.
14. Never shoot fireworks in metal or glass containers.
15. The shooter should always wear eye protection and never have any part of the body over the firework.
16. Stay away from illegal explosives.


FINALLY------NEVER, NEVER, TRY TO TRANSPORT FIREWORKS ON AIRPLANES. NO-NO-NO.
